Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid licences for our WordPress plugins sold on clarvity.com, including Clarvity Custom Product Designer Pro (Starter, Business and Agency plans). Our free plugins on WordPress.org cost nothing, so no refunds apply to them.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the plugin does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. We only ask that you contact us first and give us a fair chance to fix the problem. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

When a refund is not possible

• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
• The problem is caused by another plugin, theme or hosting setup that we have pointed out and you choose not to change.
• You changed your mind after using the plugin on live sites, or you bought the wrong plan. In that case, email us and we will help you switch to the right plan.
• Renewals that were not cancelled before they were paid, once more than 14 days have passed since the renewal payment.
• The licence has been misused, for example shared publicly or used on more sites than the plan allows.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@clarvity.com from the email address used to buy, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the money in your account. When a refund is made, the licence key is deactivated and the plugin stops receiving updates and support.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same order, or money left your account but the order failed, email us with the payment details. We refund the extra or failed amount in full, whatever the date.

Cancellation

Licences are paid once a year. We do not charge your card automatically; you renew only if you choose to. You can stop using the plugin at any time. An order that has not been paid yet can be cancelled by simply not completing payment, or by emailing us.
