Everything we sell on clarvity.com is digital. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by post or courier.
How you receive your purchase
- Instant delivery: as soon as your payment is confirmed, your licence key is shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to the address you used at checkout.
- Download: the Pro plugin zip and your licence key are always available in My Account → Licences.
- Updates: new versions arrive inside WordPress (Dashboard → Updates) while your licence is active.
Delivery time
Delivery is usually instant. If a payment needs a manual check by the bank or payment provider, delivery can take up to 24 hours after the payment is confirmed.
Did not receive it?
Check your spam folder first, then log in to My Account. If the licence is still missing, email info@clarvity.com with your order number and we will send it within 1 business day.
